The room was great, and I got a great night's sleep. Also, I was impressed with the staff. They were friendly, remember names, and went out of their way for us. We were there the night after some mudslides when a lot of people were stranded, and although they were full, I heard them helping visitors find other places to stay.
The hotel is not bad for the location. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Im genuinely disappointed. I expected a room with air conditioning that worked well, and a TV with PPV selections. For a small room that I paid $120 for, I expected more. The first 40 minutes I had the room, the A/C was less than mediocre, and the TV was advertising PPV stations. A call to the manager....I was informed there is no PPV (....the satillite TV was cancelled). She taped the new TV schedule over the old PPV schedule in the binder after she discovered it wasnt updated. The TV is still advertising PPV. If youre hot, tired, and looking to relax in a cool room, youd better ask what youre paying for at the front desk. Get it all up front before you sign in.
Has a bed that is clean. They were short staffed so our room took a long time to prepare. Cache Creek is a boring place. AC did not work very well. Bed was comfy
Hotel excellent. Restaurant over charged for seniors lasagna and would not correct. Told that is what computor came up with and cannot change. Waitress was Jessica #00035088. need refund of $8 plus tax. Discussed with jason at hotel desk. Will not eat here again
