Basic best describes the place. Room is in need o updating but spacious enough. Kitchen is a bonus but mismatched cutlery and no cereal bowls. A sign on the door says the pool is closed for renovation but it is so overgrown renovations seem pointless. Air conditioner was very noisy and old with poor controls. TV channel guide was totally useless. No information in room as to local attractions and things to do, didn't even see a brochure rack in the office. But, livable for one night.
You get what you pay for (cheap). Must have spent their entire savings on paving the parking lot (does look good) but could have used $ to pull moldy cocking around showers and bought new beds (hard as a rock). Have seen much worse, so if just needing cheap place to stay, is ok.
Booking was confirmed through Bookings however upon arrival they had no record of our booking. We were then allocated a room only to find it was already occupied. Finally given a room that had two separate bed rooms, smells of cigarettes even though it is non smoking.Rooms reasonable for the price. Pool empty for repair, looks like its been that way foor some time. Ok for a weekend fishing experience.
The staff is friendly and helpful I upgraded to 2 queen beds because it's frigging hot here and didn't want to share a bed! It was very reasonably priced to do so. We also went swimming at the community pool up the road and the check in staff here gave us directions. Also was given help with the laundry. This place has a good sized fridge with a freezer compartment so I was able to freeze the cool packs for the cooler. Big bonus! We have a table with chairs, a working tv, hot water, good sized tub/shower and a coffee maker with coffee packs! Yay! It's a beautiful quiet and comfortable place. An oasis in the desert for sure!
Awesome customer service!We want to say thanks for all the help during the slides this month.Couldn't get where we were going and the person behind the counter was so helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and super clean! Would definitely stay here again.
